What Is Concrete? Before production, the physical and chemical properties of all components (cement, aggregate, water, admixtures) are subjected to laboratory testing; the quality of the materials and the compatibility of the mix are meticulously analyzed.

The input and output stages of the process are under the user’s control; all remaining production stages are carried out under the assurance of the ready-mixed concrete manufacturer.

The production process begins with the definition of the concrete mix design in accordance with the order, entered into the fully automated batching plant system by authorized operators.

Upon the production command, raw materials (aggregate, cement, water) stored in different bins are weighed in a synchronized manner.

The weighed aggregate is transferred to the pan mixer via a conveyor belt or bucket system. Simultaneously, cement, water, and chemical admixtures are added and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

With the completion of this stage, ready-mixed concrete production fully compliant with standards and the specified mix design is achieved.
